You should add custom tracking domain for tracking link clicks and email opens. We highly recommend you to add custom tracking domain for not getting blocked by email providers and boost your email deliverability.
Step 1:
Go to your domain provider's DNS Settings page. (We will use yourdomain.org for the examples.)
Change DNS settings
Add new record
Create a CNAME record with a custom subdomain. Choose a subdomain but don't use keywords about tracking
You can use a simple word (ex: hey)
Full tracking domain is your tracking subdomain (ex: hey) and your domain name (ex: yourdomain.org) combined with a dot. (ex: hey.yourdomain.org)
Do not use "track" for tracking domains.
Point your CNAME record to email.nureply.com
Save your settings.
Copy whole tracking domain (ex: hey.yourdomain.org)
Here is an example for Google Domains:
Step 2:
Connect your custom tracking domain to Nureply:
Copy your full domain name, including subdomain. (ex: hey.yourdomain.org)
Go to Accounts tab on Nureply
Find your domain and click on Update Details
Paste your tracking domain.
Click on Check Domain Eligibility.
If you set up everything correctly, Nureply will show a success message.
Click on Update.
Done!
